This was part of a worldwide campaign for DHL that I did with Mike Wells while we were at Saatchi & Saatchi London. "We'll be there" was my first big tagline. We had purchased the rights to the Jackson 5 song "I'll be there" and recorded it with an English singer who sounded like Joe Cocker. We'd done radio and print and posters and were just fixing to do some television when the rug got pulled out from under us. The c.d. passed away and amazingly (but apparently not unusual for him) the E.C.D. killed a campaign the client had already bought.
